When You Arrive

  1. Park in an available space

    Free parking is available at both the front and back of the building. Accessible spaces are located near the main entrance.

  2. Enter through the main entrance

    Our office is located in Suite C306C on the third floor. Take the elevator or stairs to the third floor.

  3. Check in at the front desk

    Please let us know you've arrived. If you have any remaining paperwork, we'll provide it at this time.

  4. Have a seat in the waiting area

    Make yourself comfortable in our quiet, calm waiting area. Dr. Maiman will come out to greet you when it's time to begin.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for check-in and any final paperwork.

What to Bring

  1. Pack lunch and snacks

    Bring a lunch, snacks, and a water bottle for your child. Breaks will be provided as needed throughout the evaluation.

  2. Bring glasses, hearing aids, or comfort items

    If your child uses glasses or hearing aids, please ensure they bring them. A comfort item is also welcome.

  3. Have your child take medications as usual

    Unless otherwise discussed, your child should take any regular medications as prescribed before the appointment.

Tips for a Successful Visit

Prepare Your Child

Let them know they'll be doing different activities and puzzles with Dr. Maiman. Reassure them there are no "wrong" answers.

Get a Good Night's Sleep

Ensure your child is well-rested the night before. A good night's sleep helps with focus and performance.

Eat a Good Breakfast

A healthy breakfast helps maintain energy and concentration throughout the evaluation.

Take Medications as Usual

Unless otherwise instructed, your child should take any regular medications as prescribed.
